Pete Whipple, Receives Honorary Doctor of Laws Degree at Elizabethtown College Commencement

On Saturday, May 16 at the 106th Elizabethtown College Commencement, Mr. Peter Whipple, Borough Manager of Elizabethtown, received an an honorary Doctor of Laws degree.
