Saturday, Dec. 6, the Elizabethtown Public Library held the second annual “Holiday All Day” event from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The repertoire included trains, music and crafts.
The library is also still hosting its annual Mitten Tree Project until Dec. 19, collecting winter clothing for underprivileged Lancaster children. Click here for more information.

As the temperatures begin to drop, Lancaster County public libraries are doing their part to help less-fortunate children stay warm. The ninth annual Mitten Tree Campaign, beginning Monday, Nov. 17, will allow anyone to donate new mittens, gloves, hats, scarves, earmuffs and umbrellas to any of the Lancaster County libraries listed down below.
